If your payment has failed, this can be due to a number of reasons:
- The property you are trying to book got booked or blocked while you were completing the booking request. Kindly verify this on the main property link because it is a rare case but it does happen.
- You are using a Maestro card (we only accept MasterCard and VISA)
- The bank blocks the transaction automatically for security reasons. In this case, we suggest you reach them to explain you are the one trying to book.
- The funds not being sufficient for the first payment and the system verifies if the card may be charged in full once the booking is accepted, and if not, the booking can't be completed. Kindly verify this.
- You have tried several times and the payment provider we use blocks the transaction momentaneously thinking it is a fishy movement. In this scenario, we recommend waiting for a while and then try again.
- Just a regular bug, and once you refresh the page and/or delete the cookies, it works.
If your request has been accepted but the payment fails, we will send you an email with instructions on how to complete your payment. You can use a different payment method than the original one you registered if you wish.
Once the payment has been successful, we will then send you a booking confirmation email.
