The cancellation policy is decided by our landlords. In Erasmusu there are two different ones:
- Standard: The payment is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
- Flexible: The payment of the rent is refundable until 30 calendar days before the check-in date. (Service fee not included). Out of that period, the payment is non-refundable. The accommodations with this cancellation policy are detailed in the booking form:

- If a landlord has not confirmed the booking yet and the user wants to cancel during the first 48 working hours (time that our landlords have to reply to a booking request), Erasmusu will refund the first month of rent paid (service fee not included).
