As Erasmusu collaborates with property managers as well as private landlords, in some listings you may find admin fees. These are fees that are charged by property managers to cover administrative costs including but not limited to contract registration, inventory checks and reference checks.

If the listing contains an admin fee you will find information about this in the “Monthly fee” section of the listing. There are three ways that the admin fee can be set by the Landlord which will be indicated in the listing:

• Fixed Amount: The admin fee will be a set value regardless of the length of booking.
• Percentage of One Month's Rent: The admin fee will be a % of the equivalent of one month's rent.
• Percentage of Total Contract Value: The admin fee will be a % of the total contract value (this is the value of the rent for the total duration of the contract).

Please note that admin fees are not permitted in London.
