Each property listing includes a set of House Rules which are non-negotiable and set by the Landlord.
We recommend you use the filters to help you find your perfect home.
What are the most common house rules?
- Smoking Allowed: This will indicate whether or not smoking is permitted in the property. We strongly recommend following this rule otherwise you may risk losing your security deposit.
- Pets Allowed: This will indicate if the Landlord will allow pets in the property. We recommend adding information about your pet to the booking request notes so the landlord is aware in advance.
- Overnight Guests: Most landlords do not permit guests to stay in shared properties, so we recommend checking if this is permitted or if the landlord will charge extra for this. This information is commonly found in the written description of the listing.
- Couples Allowed: This will indicate if the Landlord will allow couples to stay in one room. Please note that this will also include other family members or friends sharing a bedroom. Some landlords will charge extra for couples in properties/rooms to cover the extra bill usage. Please check the Landlord's Policies in case any extra costs apply.
