Sometimes you will need your contract in advance for Visa purposes, or to set up utility bills or domiciliations. Once the landlord confirms your booking request you will receive the landlord’s contact details. We recommend that you ask the landlord to send you a copy of the contract directly.

We can provide you with an Acceptance Letter for your visa or residence permit application if required. Simply reach out to us via your profile in the section “My bookings”.

Please note that if you wish to cancel your confirmed booking before move-in, our booking fees are non-refundable after you have received an Acceptance Letter, regardless of how far in advance you cancel a confirmed booking.
