The Erasmusu booking fee is a one-time fee for our services. The fee varies according to the property type that is being booked.

On the property page, after you select the move in and move out dates, the Erasmusu fee is calculated automatically. This can be seen in the Payment Summary which displays the rent and the booking fee.

Please note that depending on the currency, exchange rates may vary depending on when the booking is accepted.

Erasmusu does not charge a fee in London and Amsterdam.
