In order to book a room, the potential tenants pay the Erasmusu service fee and the first month of rent via Paypal or Stripe (credit/debit card).

For safety reasons, the payment of the booking must be done through our safe payment system. If the system detects any user offering a tenant to pay outside our platform it will proceed to block his account.

When the tenant signs the contract or moves into the accommodation we will transfer the first month’s rent (minus our commission) to you via bank transfer or Paypal, you decide!

After that, Erasmusu is out of the equation. We advise you to ask the tenant for a deposit upon arrival. You will refund the deposit after the stay if the accommodation is undamaged. The rest of the monthly payments will be paid directly to you by the tenant.

In case of no-show, cancellation by the tenant or short stay, Erasmusu will retain a minimum amount of 95€ + VAT, as an administrative fee.
