Erasmusu is an online rental platform that allows tenants to book properties instantly and securely without the need for in-person viewings.

All of our properties are available for mid to long term rentals.

Our Homecheckers visit the properties, take photos and videos, and other details*. These are then uploaded onto the platform, approved and then published, so tenants across the world can search and book instantly.

Due to COVID-19 some of the properties listed have not been checked, however we offer a guarantee that covers all of our properties.

On our website, we offer rooms, studios, apartments and student accommodation across 96 cities and 29 countries within Europe. Search using the map or by using the filters to search for properties by move-in date, price, property type and more.

New properties are added daily to our website so do come back regularly or better still, set up an email alert so you never miss out.

Once you’ve found a property you like, simply submit your request along with a few details about yourself. This request is then passed onto the landlord who will accept or reject your request within 24 hours.

No payment is taken until the booking is accepted. We will charge you the first month of rent (first week if the accommodation is in the United Kingdom) upfront plus a one-off booking fee.

We will then send you a confirmation email with the contact details of the landlord and the address details of your new rental.
