As a new landlord, before your accommodations can appear on the Erasmusu platform you will have to add your accommodations.

Adding an accomodation on erasmusu is a multi-step process :

First , log into Erasmusu and go to the Home section. You will see an “Add accommodation” button.

Step 1 : Address and contact

In the first step you will be asked to fill information about the location of your accommodation.

• Address : Type in the address of the accommodation you wish to rent out. Once you have typed in an address the map below will update to display its location. If you are unhappy about how the location is displayed, you can click and drag the red pointer to pinpoint the exact location.
• City : Type in the biggest city closest to your accommodation. This way students will be able to find your place by searching for this city.
• Additional info: Type in any extra information to identify your flat, like apartment number, floor, etc..

Step 2 : Accommodation type

In this step you can fill in information about the kind of accommodation you are renting.

If your accommodation has several rooms and you would like to rent them out separately choose to rent “By rooms”. You’ll be able to give more details about each room in following steps.

Otherwise you can decide to rent the accommodation as an “Entire property”.

We recommend to choose “By rooms”  as it allows the students to book each room separately: this usually works better. If students come in a group, don’t worry, each one will be able to book their room individually.
