We are unable to share the landlords’ personal details due to our privacy policy and data protection regulations. Once your booking has been confirmed this information will be shared with you.

Kindly note that the property conditions can't be negotiated and that the landlord gives us all the information about the property and the rules when their listing is uploaded.
If you have questions about the status of your booking request you can contact your booking agent.
Please bear in mind that the landlord has 24 business hours to answer your request and we will keep you posted on the booking request status.
