In the first mail you received, an Erasmusu agent got in touch with you. They are responsible for your booking and will help you with any doubts. Reply to their mail to get in touch with them.

To manage your bookings you can also simply log into your account and go to “My bookings”. There you will find a record of all your Booking Requests.
